****There will be a $35 late charge if more than 15 min late for an appointment time Wednesday’s, Sunday’s or Holidays. If it is over 30 min you will be moved to the next open office time.***
1. If there has been any changes to your reservation including food, medication, check in or out times/locations please let us know before you arrive.
2. Payment in full is due at Drop off. We have a new computer system so you will need to have your card with you if that is how you would like to pay. We take Cash or Cards.
3. If you have not already please make sure your shot records have been received by our office.
4. Please be aware of your scheduled check in and check out times. No refunds are given for early pickups unless special circumstances were cleared in advance.
5. Do not forget if you are bringing food for your DOG to have it individually bagged one for morning, one for evening each day of the stay. These MUST be CLOSED bags. For CATS please have it in a small container or ziplock bag. If you are bringing canned food, bring the number of containers we need for the stay. (If food is not bagged correctly and we have to redo it there will be a $10 charge). Please do not bring feeding or water bowls unless medical necessary (example: a slow feeder or raised feeder).
6. Bring any medication, including non-prescription meds or supplements separately. We keep these in a different place than the food. This way ensures each pet receives their medication correctly.
7. We provide raised beds (for dogs) as well as soft beds or blankets. If you so desire you may bring a SMALL blanket or sent article. Please NO big blankets & NO beds. We wash everything before going home and this makes it difficult.
8. If you would like to bring a toy or chew bone that is no problem. Please make sure it is machine washable or able to be put in a sink and washed. Also, make sure it does not have holes that stuffing is coming out of them. ***The only thing we do not accept is tennis balls as they are potential choking hazards.
9. You may bring treats with you if you would like. Please put them in a ziplock bag with the amount you would like them to consume during their stay. Also, write on the front of the bag how many and how often you would like them given. (example: 2 treats am & pm) This way they get about what they are used to at home. (These do not need individually bagged, just one bag is great)
10. Please have your dog on a lease when you get here. If you need one, come in and we will be happy to let you use ours. This is for your pets safety.
11. If this is your first time boarding and you have a cute picture that shows your dog well, you can attach it to an email and send it to us. We will try to use it as the profile pic. If not we will take one ourselves.
12. Photo & Text (if signed up for them) will not be done on the date of check in, Sunday’s, Wednesday’s or Holiday’s. All other days you will normally get them before noon.
13.You may text 706-541-6472 to check on your pet during the stay if you would like.
VACCINATIONS
All doggie guests must have Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella up to date per vets recommendation. Our feline visitors need to have had a Rabies shot and FVRCP up to date per vets recommendation. We also require your pet is on regular up to date flea preventative. Please make sure these are up loaded in your client portal 48 hours before your checkin date.
